How can I access my captions?

Your captions can be made available in many different ways. It’s easy to embed in many popular video platforms such as Zoom and YouTubeLive. A caption player can also be embedded on your site, or we can provide a simple web link to realtime access.

What are my options to secure my event?

Our platform is highly configurable, allowing broadcast to a wide audience, or tight security restrictions. By default, captioning is not stored and only be accessible by private link. We can further protect your event by adding a password, or requiring dedicated user accounts. Of course the process of capturing and sharing the captions are all done over using SSL (https).

How do I request a captioner?

Contact us at 860.647.0686 or email us at request@ititranslates.com and tell us about your event. The basics include: the date of the event, the duration, how you plan on sharing the event. Any prep material such as an agenda; names of speakers; or panelists; or any special vocabulary used in your event can help prepare your us prepare for a successful event

How do I access the captions?

The event holder will have the best information regarding accessing the event. In general, captions may already be included in your event, using built in caption controls. IN some cases, your event may be captioned in a dedicated player that can be accessed from the web. If this is the case, you can open the link in a dedicated window on your computer, or on your tablet or mobile device.
