Unique URL and Access Code

iTi can create a unique url for your users and organization to access our VRI platform.
We tie this URL to a unique access code to make sure your VRI portal stays secure.
For ease of use, we can also reference your organization’s common IP addresses to bypass access codes and make sure VRI is only utilized at certain locations.

iTi can tailor your list of questions to make sure your users can quickly and easily access our platform. (i.e. department, specialty, provider, location.)
iTi also tailors questions to make sure all the appropriate information is captured for billing VRI services.
Depending on your organization’s size and complexity, iTi can create cascading dropdowns to allow your users to quickly select from available options.
Depending upon your use case, iTi can offer additional questions such as preference of a male or female interpreter.

For security purposes and compliance, iTi can omit sensitive information such as medical record number (MRN), or other information your organization may not want readily available during a session.

Some clients may elect to record sessions for quality purposes. iTi can customize your account to make sure your calls are either recorded or not recorded.
